Objectives
The aim of this project is to redesign the existing QATCO website to improve usability, make it SEO-friendly, optimize contact forms to generate more client inquiries, and conduct UX research to identify pain points and create a more user-friendly experience.
Findings
The existing QATCO website had several issues affecting usability and user experience:
- The website was built with a WordPress template that was not suitable for the services.
- Key services and call-to-action buttons were not noticeable.
- The website did not work properly on tablets and mobile devices.
- Inconsistent fonts, button styles, and spacing made the site look unorganized.
- Inquiry forms and contact buttons were hard to find.
- The color scheme made the site look dull.
- Services were difficult to locate due to unclear navigation.
