Objectives

The aim of this project was to design a robot screen UI for Eham Digital, an electronics retail store. The screen was designed to help customers explore products, get basic assistance, and feel engaged while shopping in-store. The interface needed to clearly display product categories, support guided navigation, and assist users in finding the right products easily.

Findings

Research and analysis highlighted the following points:

  • Customers needed an easy way to browse products without staff support.
  • The interface had to be simple and touch-friendly for all age groups.
  • Clear product categories were required for quick discovery.
  • Visual elements needed to attract users and encourage interaction.
  • On-screen guidance was important to assist first-time users.
  • The UI needed to work smoothly on a fixed hardware screen size.
