Objectives

The goal of this project was to redesign the Innsof website, a healthcare software platform offering ERP, CRM, HR, e-commerce, and pharmacy solutions. The website needed to clearly showcase each software product, highlight key features, and provide users with easy access to demo requests and contact options. It also aimed to improve usability, standardize the design system, align the visuals with the brand, and increase user trust and engagement across devices.

Findings / Insights

During research, we identified key points to guide the website redesign:

• The website is not responsive, causing poor usability on mobile and tablet devices.
• Product details are not clearly showcased, making it hard for users to understand software offerings.
• The site is built on an old WordPress theme that is outdated and inflexible.
• The design is not suitable for the brand or logo, reducing professional credibility.
• Poor visual design and color combinations decrease trust, especially for a healthcare IT company.
• The site is not optimized for generating leads and conversions.
• Overall usability, clarity, and visual consistency need improvement to build credibility and engage users effectively.
