Objectives

The goal of this project was to create a new website for Towr, an on-demand vehicle assistance platform. The website needed to introduce the mobile app, raise awareness about its key services, and provide users with quick access to essential assistance such as towing, fuel delivery, battery support, tyre services, and car washes. It also aimed to encourage app downloads, build trust, and support business visibility through SEO and clear communication of services.

Findings / Insights

During research, we identified key points to guide the website design:

• Towr already has a mobile app, but no dedicated website to introduce it and its services.
• Users needed clear and quick information about services such as towing, battery support, fuel delivery, tyre assistance, car wash, and car passing.
• Building trust and credibility was essential, especially for users seeking help during emergencies.
• The site needed prominent CTAs and easy-to-access app download links to encourage engagement.
• Service details and benefits should be visually clear, concise, and easy to navigate.
• SEO optimization was important to improve visibility and attract more users.
